Our Projects team encompass extensive knowledge within Technical & Design, Project Management, Solutions Development, Programme Management, Installation and Commissioning. Working collaboratively with our in-house Technical and Design team, our Projects division have the expertise and capability to provide not only feasibility reports but complete in-house design for our clients. All of our Projects are delivered by our very own installation and commissioning teams which cover a range of disciplines from Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and ICA. Our integrated self-delivery model attracts the benefits of efficient delivery, improved quality, and reduced costs.

Our dedicated team of Delivery Managers encompass considerable experience in providing cost-effective projects and programmes for our clients in both clean and wastewater non-infrastructure and infrastructure sites and have progressed their careers from an engineering background with a blend of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil expertise.  All of our project managers are experienced and trained Project Management professionals or practitioners that have obtained or are working towards a qualification awarded by the Association for Project Management.

Following the Water Industry Commission for 2015-2021, WGM Engineering has secured a number of strategic framework awards to service Scottish Water and their strategic partners with their business plan for the period 2015-2021 and beyond, covering both MEICA and Civil Projects. Collaborating with other strategic partners such as Amey, Black & Veatch, Galliford Try, Mott Macdonald, WGM Engineering continues to go from strength to strength delivering successful and innovate solutions and projects on behalf of our key client Scottish Water.
