WGM Engineering hosted a visit from Mr Kevin Stewart MSP, Minister for Wellbeing and Social Care, at our Livingston Fairways office. We held a workshop discussing the advantages and challenges employers face and what work the Scottish Government and WGM are doing to support employees.
See Me is a charity dedicated to ending stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health and the visit celebrated the launch of the new Healthy Working Lives portal – an online resource for employers to help them support their employees with their health and wellbeing. The portal provides free online training, signposting to mental health support services and educational resources.
Health, safety and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at WGM and we hope having access to such resources will only continue to improve our support system.
