Scottish Water confirms WGM Engineering as preferred bidder to support the delivery of a multi-billion–pound transformation of water and wastewater infrastructure 

Following the largest procurement ever undertaken by Scottish Water, WGM Engineering welcomes the announcement of our selection as a Preferred Bidder to become an Asset Delivery Partner in Scottish Water’s landmark Enterprise programme. This represents the most significant investment and transformation ever undertaken by Scottish Water, Scotland’s publicly owned water utility. 

Scottish Water has confirmed the organisations that will collaborate to deliver a multi-billion-pound transformation of Scotland’s water and wastewater infrastructure between 2027 and 2033, with the potential for a six-year extension. This pioneering enterprise model is designed to ensure Scotland’s water services remain resilient, sustainable, and future-ready. 

Preferred bidders announced by Scottish Water are:

  • Ross-Shire Engineering  
  • WGM Engineering
